Important information

Thank you for booking a site at our 2025 SEVEN Event Village Campground. Here’s some useful information for you.

  • Your booking is for Friday May 16th and Saturday May 17th, (leaving by 12 noon on Sunday May 17th). If you are participating in the Warm Up Ride on Friday morning, you may arrive any time after 8am. Otherwise please arrive after 12 noon on Friday.
  • The campgrounds are at the ‘Dog Exercise Area’, immediately adjacent to Foreshore Park in Nannup. Please approach the campground according to this map. If our Campground Manager isn’t in the Campground when you arrive, please park on the gravel road and walk over to the registration tent. One of our crew will show you where to camp.
  • All camp sites are unpowered. We don’t mind if you bring your own generator, but please be mindful of other campers and turn your generator off between 9pm and 6am.
  • Please turn your music down at 10pm to allow other campers to sleep.
  • Portable toilets and showers will be available in Foreshore Park. Devices can be recharged at the lighting towers.
  • Please check the toilets and showers after you have used them and leave them in a clean and tidy state for the next users.
  • Please check your campsite when you pack up and take all your rubbish with you (including banana skins). Leave no trace.
  • The speed limit in the campground is walking pace only. Please be mindful of others when driving and riding around the campground.
  • No dogs allowed (we love dogs, but not around bike races).
  • Please catch your waste water in a bucket and dispose of it in the allocated waste water dump point (look for the sign).
  • Please empty chemical toilets at one of the two RV dump stations in town (Lions Park and Caravan Park).
  • No fire pits in the campground area (we will have some fire braziers going in the event village for you to gather around with your fellow riders).

If you need to speak with us about your camp site, please email rebecca@cyclingeventures.com

We look forward to seeing you soon!
