Who can enter?
The full SEVEN course is open to all riders 19+ years of age, however a medium to high level of fitness will be required to complete all seven sectors in the allotted ten hours. The FIVE course is open to riders 18+ years, the THREE course is open to riders 16+ years and the ONE course is open to riders 10+ years. The event is not suitable for road bikes, but e-MTBs are welcome (non-competitive).
Under 19 riders (from AusCycling)
- U19 riders cannot ride the SEVEN 125km course.
- U19 riders who wish to ride the FIVE 85km course must submit a request for an exemption to the AusCycling Pathways Manager (not the SEVEN Gravel Race organisers) Riders may receive an exemption once their request has been reviewed.
- U17 riders are not permitted to ride the FIVE 85km course.
- All U19 and U17 riders can ride the THREE 50km course.
- U15 riders cannot ride the THREE 50km course, but they can ride the ONE 27km course.
Entry Options
Enter with the intent to try and ride all seven sectors (SEVEN) or choose from an 85km/1970m option that takes in five sectors (FIVE), a 47km/1125m option that takes in three sectors (THREE) or a 27km/470vm option that takes in one sector (ONE). There is also a free option for people to sign up to our crew if they would like to be part of the event, but don’t feel up to riding.
UCI Age Categories
For those racing in SEVEN, the UCI age categories for men and women are 19-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 and 75-79. All UCI qualifications are through the 125km SEVEN race, except for the women 50+ age categories, and the men 65+ age categories, which are through the 85km FIVE race.

Deferrals and refunds
Registrations can be deferred to the following year at any time up until event day. Refunds are available up until one month prior to the event (minus a $12 fee).
