IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL LOCAL RESIDENTS

If you are a local resident who uses Balingup-Nannup Road between Grange Road and Agg Road, or Brockman Highway between Grange Road and Nursery Road, to come and go from town, we will have our experienced Motoscout Escorts on hand during the event to guide you in and out along these roads. We want to ensure that locals can come and go safely, and that nobody feels trapped in their home. In the days prior to the event, we will publish our ‘Traffic & Community’ phone number. On event day, you can call us on this number and let us know that you need to move on the roads. If you can give us notice in the days leading up, that would be very helpful…just complete our Essential Movements Form. Please be aware that there may be a slight time delay in our motoscouts reaching you, but they won’t be far away. We thank you all for your patience and cooperation.

PARKING

Event Parking

Open from 5am on Saturday May 16th

Location

Nannup District High School, Bishop Street, Nannup

Parking fee

$10 per car

All proceeds go to the School P&C to purchase shade sails for the student playgrounds. Please bring cash. There will be square readers in operation too, but cash will be much quicker.

Please note: We do not have a fee-free parking option available to us anymore for this number of vehicles in Nannup. We have decided to work with the Nannup District High School P&C to help them raise funds for essential facilities. Nannup District High School is a small country school that provides education from Kindy to Year 10.

Important!

  • When you drive into town on the Vasse Highway, you will cross the Nannup Bridge. Keep driving straight ahead. The parking is 1.5km down the main street. Please keep moving. Do not attempt to park in the main street of town or turn off onto any of the side roads in the centre of town.
  • Follow the large yellow parking signs and the directions of the parking marshals, who will be in hi-vis gear. These marshals are volunteers from the Nannup District High School P&C.
