3×3 TRADE SPACE AT THE EVENT VILLAGE
3 x 3 metre Trade Space in the the new Event Village on Grange Road in Nannup at SEVEN Gravel Race 2026.
Additional information
- Stallholders must bring their own set up and equipment for trading, including power cords, marquees and tables.
- Stallholders must ensure they have adequate sun and rain protection. Please come prepared for all weather conditions.
- All electrical equipment and power cables brought to the Event Village must be inspected and have been tagged by a licensed electrical contractor as required by the Electrical Safety Regulation 2002 Act part 5 Division 5.
- Overnight security will be provided on Friday May 15th, but it is the stallholders’ responsibility to ensure their stall, equipment and products are securely set up and managed during the event.
- Stallholders must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance Certificate current to May 18th, 2026. A request for the certificate will be made by email by the event organisers, once the stallholder fee has been paid.
- Stallholders are responsible for any damage they cause to property.

- Friday May 15th: 7am-9am
Bump Out
- Saturday May 16th: 6pm-8pm
- Sunday May 17th: 7am-10am
